Bagi anak yang sensitif pengawet dan pewarna dapat mencetuskan gejala alergi baik pada tubuh dan otaknya di samping itu juga menimbulkan gejala diare. Perhatian kepada anak anak harus selalu ditegakkan terlebih bagi orang tua yang mempunyai anak anak usia sd. Penjual jajanan umumnya menggunakan bahan tambahan makanan berbahaya.
